CLIENTS REQUEST

Following a conversation with the client and his building inspector we were requested to position the new sewage package treatment plant within the footprint of the original septic tank. The reasons for the request was minimal disruption to the garden, available area ( garden ), connection to existing inlet / outlet foul drains.

The septic tank was desludged, septic tank brickwork was removed has was required and transferred off site to a registered licensed disposal site.

The Ensign sewage package treatment plant was placed into position on a concrete base, the building inspector then confirmed that the unit adhered to regulations, then the unit was surrounded with C35 semi dry concrete while filling tank with water ensuring internal / external pressure remained constant.

Installation completed Friday 10th February 2023, building regulations / electric certification and clarification that the sewage system was sized correctly has is now required by building regulator plus flow video.
