CONSULTANCY SITE VISITS

We are offering to complete a consultancy site visit / report to assist property owners with the compliance of their foul drainage system with regard to Environment Agency binding rules.

What is the Environment Agency binding rules ?

The Environment Agency binding rules state that a septic tank should discharge to a designated drainage field, constructed In accordance with the then building regulations

If the septic tank discharge exceeds 2 m3 / day an Environment Agency permit is required.

What does your consultancy report consist of ?

Site visit / visual survey - report

[ offering information on existing system, sizing of system, desludge / maintenance requirements / upgrade budget costs as & if required ]

COST ;- £50.00 plus vat

Additional services available - home owners drainage survey, desludge & maintenance service, prices on request.

It should be noted that a septic tank which discharges to a water course does not comply with legislation, causes pollution issues, which could lead to a fine { Environment Agency } and would make your property unsellable until the situation is rectified
